Interventional, Interventional Cardiologist

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: $450,000/year
Location: Little Rock, AR (Pulaski County)

Job Description:

• Evaluate and manage a wide variety of patients with diseases related to the cardiovascular system.
\n
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, and inflammatory heart disease.
\n
• Perform physical exams and order tests, including electrocardiograms (EKG), echocardiograms, and exercise stress tests.
\n
• Study diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings to aid in making a diagnosis.
\n
• Perform procedures, including, but not limited to, diagnostic heart catheterizations.
\n
• Prescribe appropriate interventions, therapies, medications, and other treatment modalities.
\n
• Collect, record, and maintain details of patients histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, assessments, management plans, and treatment outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Must have a Medical degree or equivalent; completion of residency in Internal Medicine; completion of fellowship in Cardiology; must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine; must have a valid Arkansas medical license.
