MyMichigan Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Care Team!

\n - Casual On Call requirements of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. 8 a.m. and every other weekend starting Friday at 5 p.m. Monday at 8 a.m.

Responsibilities

\n - Answer calls and respond to messages for symptom management and capacity evaluation
\n
\n

\n - Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Healths credentialing process
\n - Robust onboarding and training program
