\nWe're hiring experienced CNC Machinist Setup Operators for our 2nd and 3rd shift teams in Hatboro, PA.
\nThis isn't repetitive button-pushing. You'll help manufacture precision components used in medical devices, aerospace, defense, and space exploration. Depending on your experience, you could be working on CNC mills, Swiss machines, or advanced mill-turn equipment producing parts where quality matters on every cycle.

\nAs a Setup Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving while producing complex precision components that support industries where failure isn't an option. \nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, Swiss machines, CNC lathes, and mill-turn centers \n
- Read blueprints, process sheets, work instructions, and GD&T requirements \n
- Perform tool changes, offsets, fixture setup, and workholding adjustments \n
- Machine precision components from stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys \n
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections \n
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify tight tolerances \n
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues \n
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams \n
- Support both prototype and production machining \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area \n

- High school diploma or equivalent \n
- 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience \n
- Experience setting up and operating one or more of the following: \n

- CNC Mills \n
- CNC Swiss Machines \n
- CNC Lathes \n
- CNC Mill-Turn Centers \n
- Multi-Axis CNC Equipment \n
\n - Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T \n
- Experience with tooling, offsets, speeds and feeds, and workholding \n
- Experience machining difficult materials \n
- Comfortable performing in-process inspection using precision measuring tools \n
Preferred

- Technical school or machining apprenticeship \n
- Mastercam experience \n
- Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls \n
- Automation or pallet system experience \n
- Aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision contract manufacturing experience \n
- Experience working in ISO 13485, AS9100, or ITAR manufacturing environments \n
