Manufacturing Technician (We’ll Train You!)
\nAll Shifts | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re hiring 4 team members ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.
\nWhat You’ll Do
\nLearn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
\nKeep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
\nWork as part of a team to hit daily production goals
\nInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
\nTroubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
\nFollow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
\n\n
What We’re Looking For
\nNo bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
\nWe’re looking for people who:
\n\n
Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
\nAre mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
\nCan read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
\nTake pride in doing quality work
\nShow up reliably and work well with a team
\n\n
It’s a plus if you have:
\nPress, bindery, or finishing experience
\nExperience setting up or adjusting production equipment
\n\n
Physical & Work Environment
\nOn your feet for most of the shift
\nFast-paced, team-oriented production floor
\nLift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
\n\n
