Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)\n

A community hospital is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join its inpatient care team. The Med-Surg RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs.

Responsibilities\n

  • \n

    Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

    • \n
  • \n

    Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status

    • \n
  • \n

    Provide wound care and assist with post-operative recovery

    • \n
  • \n

    Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

    • \n

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    Active Registered Nurse License (RN)

    • \n
  • \n

    Graduate of an accredited nursing program

    • \n
  • \n

    BLS certification

    • \n
  • \n

    Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience

    \n
