\nDirector of Case Management is needed in Tampa, FL.
\nTampa is a city on Tampa Bay, along Florida’s Gulf Coast. A major business center, it’s also known for its museums and other cultural offerings. Busch Gardens is an African-themed amusement park with thrill rides and animal-viewing areas. The historic Ybor City neighborhood, developed by Cuban and Spanish cigar-factory workers at the turn of the 20th century, is a dining and nightlife destination.
\nThis position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

- Salary $102,107 - $140,000 depending on experience \n
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 \n

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including the case management model, staffing (skill mix and FTEs), use of information technologies, onboarding, and staff competencies to achieve performance and quality objectives. \n
- Allocates resources to effectively staff the department and meet productivity and quality goals. \n
- Responsible for oversight of CM core functions and practice. \n
- Ensures adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes, ensuring timeliness, quality, and proper documentation. \n
- Works with the Facility CFO and Division CM Leader to achieve established goals and expectations. \n
- Assesses and improves the department’s performance by evaluating operational processes, monitoring performance through analyzing data, and implementing sustainable performance improvement activities. \n
- Ensuring compliance with policies and SOP. \n
- Establish working relationships with key stakeholders to include CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree, required \n
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred \n
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (required) \n
- 3+ years’ experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management \n
- 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership in acute care \n
