About the Position:

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing practice in Mason City, IA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a supportive team environment and a strong patient base.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
\n
• Team: Work alongside 2 experienced dentists, 5 dental assistants, and 2 hygienists (1 RDH)
\n
• Facility: 6 operatories
\n
• Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day (approximately 260 per month)
\n

Services Provided:

\n
• Preventative Care: Exams, cleanings, sealants, oral health education, X-rays
\n
• General Procedures: Restorations, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals
\n
• Specialty Services: Partials, dentures
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $170,000 - $240,000 annually
\n
• CME: 5 days + $3,000 allowance
\n
• Sign-on or Relocation Bonus: $20,000
\n
