\n We are seeking a versatile Physical Therapist within a premier regional healthcare system. This position is primarily based in an Outpatient clinic but offers the professional variety of floating into Acute Care. You will lead a collaborative team, delegating tasks to PTAs and Aides while delivering high-quality, assessment-driven patient care.\n

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $37.00/hr (Adjusted upward based on years of experience).

\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Comprehensive Evaluation: Perform skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular assessments to determine patient needs.
    • \n
  • Individualized Care: Design and implement goal-oriented treatment plans, adjusting care protocols as patients progress.
    • \n
  • Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor PTAs, Aides, and students; co-sign verbal orders and ensure clinical standards are met.
    • \n
  • Patient Advocacy: Educate families and caregivers on pathology and treatment rationale; coordinate the procurement of necessary adaptive equipment.
    • \n
  • Collaborative Documentation: Maintain precise records in compliance with physician orders and regulatory policies.
    • \n

\n The Ideal Candidate\n

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
    • \n
  • Comfortable working across different clinical environments (Outpatient/Acute).
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and team delegation.
