Job Title: Locum Interventional Radiologist Required

- Coverage Dates and Schedule: Two to three weeks per month, ongoing
- Daily Hours: 8-10 hours
- Shifts Required Monthly: 12-21
- Procedures Involved: All interventional radiology procedures, including nephrostomies, embolizations, IVC filters, TIPS, thrombectomy, with a preference for EVT for stroke and PE
- Required Certifications: ABR, with a preference for IR
- Patient Demographics/Case Load: To be determined
- Case Mix: All listed IR procedures, along with standard IR cases, with a preference for EVT for stroke and PE
- Licensing Requirements: No willingness to license; an active Kentucky license is mandatory
- Estimated Timeline for Privileging: 60 days, with temporary privileges available
