\nAt Mercy St. Louis, our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a place of healing, innovation, and heart. With an average daily census of 88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants.\n
\nOur 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You’ll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority.\n

Position Details:\n

🎓 What You’ll Gain:

• A comprehensive NICU residency program with hands-on training and mentorship
\n
• Shift differential pay for night shifts
\n
• Day-one benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage

• RN to BSN Bridge Program – up to $16,000 in support
\n
• RN Loan Forgiveness Program – up to $20,000 over 4.5 years

• Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify

'05; What We’re Looking For:

\n

\n
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
\n
• Experience: Patient Care Tech experience preferred
\n
• License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
\n
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
\n
