Job Description
Our organization is actively seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join our clinics located in Alameda, Emeryville, Los Gatos, Pinole, and Pleasanton.
Position Overview:- Community-oriented practice model with access to a variety of specialists.
- Flexible options for 32 or 36 patient-facing hours each week.
- Clinicians typically manage 18-20 patients daily.
- Standard clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Full-spectrum family medicine practice (pediatric patients included, no obstetrics/gynecology).
- Shared light call schedule, consisting of telephone consultations only, with RN triaging, evenly distributed among physicians.
- Collaboration with faculty from Stanford University School of Medicine.

- Two-year base salary guarantee of up to $315,000 annually.
- Quarterly productivity-based wRVU Incentive Bonus.
