As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instruction, and offer clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
Specific Job Requirements
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
