Position Details

• Specialization: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
• Patient Panel: Opportunity to take over a well-established panel with a diverse patient demographic
• Practice Environment: Collaborative practice with robust support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
• Patient Hours: 32-36 hours per week
• Patient Load: 16-18 patients per day with manageable, shared on-call duties
• Referral System: Easy internal referrals to specialists within our 330+ physician-led group, ensuring seamless continuity of care
• Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of EPIC
• Organization Type: 501(c) Not-for-profit
• Clinical Partnership: Affiliated with a prestigious medical institution

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Guaranteed base salary plus a wRVU bonus structure and quarterly panel payments

Salary Range

Targeted Pay Range: Minimum range of $230,000 to $280,000, which is part of a competitive total rewards package that may include additional components such as incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is influenced by various factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We regularly review compensation to ensure it remains competitive and equitable.
