Critical Care APP Locums opening in GA

Specialty: Critical Care APP Coverage Needs: ASAP - Ongoing Shifts: Looking for Nocturnist 7p-730a Need 3 12-hour shifts per week Setting: Multi-specialty medical-surgical community hospital ICU High acuity Census: 10-15 ICU patients per APP Support Staff: Attending Physician available Procedures: Collaborate with attending MDs to develop plan of care and communicate dynamic changes throughout shift Conduct ongoing patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions Order entry (Cerner EMR) and thorough documentation of History and Physicals, Consultations, Event / Follow-up Notes and Procedure Notes Interpret diagnostic testing Communicate with ICU nursing staff Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds each shift Perform invasive procedures including, but not limited to, central line insertions (CVLs, vascaths and introducers) and arterial line insertions EMR: Cerner Board Certification: Acute Care certified Required for NPs Travel: Looking for commutable candidates Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding Requirements: Active GA state license Active DEA in GA or willing to transfer
