Schedule Monday–Friday Must be available between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM Must be able to close at least 1 night/week (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) A defined schedule will be provided after onboarding Pay Rate $18–$22.00/hr (depending on experience) About the Role Join a high-volume pharmacy fulfillment environment supporting the preparation and distribution of prescription medications. In this role you’ll help process prescription exceptions, resolve billing/claim issues, and support patient/physician outreach while partnering closely with pharmacists and the broader pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and distribution of prescription drug products Prepare prescription medications using the fulfillment system Process prescription exceptions, including: resolving claim rejects member and physician outreach Enter member demographics and prescription information into the system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing and escalated member issues Escalate prescription interpretation questions to a Pharmacist Assist with inbound/outbound calls with patients or physicians
