Title: Digital Content Management Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA (4-days onsite, 1-day remote Hybrid Schedule) Note: This is a W2 contract role – 1099, C2C, & 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered Position Duties: Execute end-to-end marketing activations across West Coast Private Bank markets – events, Private Bank Office openings, micro-events, brand activations, and local campaigns Manage logistics, timelines and internal coordination to ensure flawless delivery of multiple programs simultaneously Serve as the marketing point of contact for Private Bank relationship managers and regional leadership across California Coordinate across internal teams – brand, content, media, events, sponsorships, environmental design – to pull through enterprise resources at the local level Own campaign intake, COE ticket submissions, and capacity negotiation to keep projects moving through the system Track performance, flag issues early, and keep stakeholders informed – no surprises
