Your Role

\n

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work closely with collaborating physicians under an established APP Agreement outlining scope, privileges, prescriptive authority, documentation standards, and evaluation processes.

You will play a key role in:

    Providing trauma-informed, patient-centered surgical care

  • \n

    Supporting quality initiatives, performance metrics, and risk-management standards

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

  • \n
  • \n

    Contributing to a culture of safety, empathy, and excellence

Qualifications

Education

\n

  • \n

    Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

  • \n
\n

Experience

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Two years of PA experience preferred, ideally in trauma, acute care, or surgical settings

  • \n
\n

Licensure & Certifications

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Virginia

  • \n
  • \n

    NCCPA certification required for PAs

  • \n
  • \n

    BLS required; ACLS preferred for PAs

  • \n
\n

Compensation Range: $110,406.40 - $209,768.00 annually

\n
