We're seeking candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on flat roof experience who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.
What You'll Do:
- Install EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems
- Perform shingle roof installations
- Apply roof coatings
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience with flat roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, or PVC)
- Shingle installation experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
