Medical Director
Responsibilities:\n\n - Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the emergency department.
\n - Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical records
\n - Supervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality care
\n - Review the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffing
\n - Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers
\n - Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership
