Job Description
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Outpatient Orthopedic Practices across the Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly structured, hospital-employed orthopedic program, offering strong clinical integration, stability, and collaborative practice. In this role, you will work side-by-side with hospital-employed orthopedic surgeons and align closely with a multispecialty network of surgical specialists, providing coordinated, high-quality musculoskeletal care. You will also be an integral member of a highly engaged and experienced Advanced Practice Provider team, practicing in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.
\nPosition Highlights:

- Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning \n
- Perform histories and physical exams, document clinical findings, and develop care plans in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons \n
- Support a hospital-employed orthopedic service line, ensuring seamless care coordination and access to resources \n
- Educate patients and families, coordinate treatment plans, manage post-procedure follow-up, and order/interpret diagnostic testing \n
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, multispecialty surgical colleagues, clinical staff, and fellow advanced practitioners \n
- Practice in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality care \n
Practice Locations:
\nThis position supports multiple outpatient sites and includes weekly travel to:

- Troy \n
- Capital Region \n
- East Greenbush \n
- Latham \n

Requirements:
\n- \n
- NYS licensure as an NP or PA \n
- DEA certification \n
- ACLS/BLS \n
- 1 year of experience in Orthopedic Surgery or Surgical office setting is required \n
- New graduates will not be considered at this time \n
Competitive Compensation:
\nSt. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

- Base Salary: $134,120-$155,579, based on providers years of licensure as PA or NP \n
- Annual Quality Incentive \n
- $5,000 starting bonus \n
- $2,500 annual CME allowance \n
