\nMANTECH seeks motivated, career, and customer-oriented UX/UI Developer for a new initiative. This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across cloud, edge, and classified operational environment.
\nThis role supports human-machine teaming workflows, mission interfaces, dashboards, and operator experience optimization for AI-enabled systems. You will apply user-centered design to ensure intuitive and effective mission interfaces.
\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead UX/UI design and development efforts for mission interfaces and AI-enabled systems.
\n - \n
Design user-friendly interfaces to support complex human-machine teaming workflows.
\n - \n
Develop mission workflow visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reporting interfaces.
\n - \n
Implement user-centered design (UCD) principles through prototyping, testing, and iteration.
\n - \n
Conduct hands-on front-end development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Django).
\n
Minimum Qualifications:
\n- \n
- \n
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, HCI, or a related field.
\n - \n
3 or more years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
\n - \n
Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma) and data visualization frameworks.
\n - \n
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and development of complex data or enterprise applications.
\n - \n
Proficiency in modern front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one relevant framework.
\n
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing interfaces to support AI explainability and transparency.
\n - \n
Familiarity with Django for full-stack application development.
\n - \n
Experience with mission-critical systems or secure government environments.
\n
Clearance Requirements:
\n- \n
- \n
For onsite work, a TS/SCI clearance with Poly will be required.
\n
Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
