This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week and focuses on supporting students through a maternity leave coverage. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist certification/license in Oregon
  • Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment is highly valued
  • Flexibility and strong organizational skills to manage an itinerant caseload
  • Compassionate approach to supporting students with diverse physical needs
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
  • Three professional references from your most recent supervisors are required for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals and district requirements
  • Travel between multiple school sites to provide hands-on and consultative support
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Document sessions and maintain accurate records per school and legal guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster positive outcomes
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team planning
