Responsibilities\n
\n
\n- Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1–21, primarily ages 3–9\n
\n- Perform restorative procedures, including:\n
\n- Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs)\n
\n- Fillings\n
\n- Pulpotomies\n
\n- Simple Extractions\n
\n- Conduct hygiene checks and recare exams\n
\n- Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate\n
\n- Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment options\n
\n- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pediatric environment\n
\n
Qualifications\n
\n
\n- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school\n
\n- Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of pediatric clinical experience\n
\n- Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain)\n
\n- Active Medicaid Provider ID\n
\n- Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state)\n
\n- Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing child behavior\n
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n- Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach\n
\n
Practice Environment\n
\n
Our providers are comfortable:\n
\n
\n- Seeing approximately 35–50 patients per day\n
\n- Managing 12–15 operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks\n
\n- Working with a patient population that is primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients\n
\n- Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff\n
\n- Thriving in a busy, efficient pediatric practice\n
\n
