A well-established company is in need of an NP to work in an Integrated Primary Care Center near Dayville, CT.

\n - The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5.
\n - On-call shared with 10 other providers 1:10
\n - 15-18 Patients per day
\n - 2 locations to pick from
\n - Will be providing Primary Care
\n - May consider new grads
