What You'll Do As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality laminated products by safely setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while ensuring precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:\n

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications.
\n
• Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature for optimal performance.
\n
• Load and unload materials using hoists, cranes, and other lifting equipment.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
\n
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
\n
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.
\n
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
\n
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns when necessary.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
\n
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
\n

Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications\n

• Previous CNC machine operating experience required.
\n
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
\n
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n
• Strong communication skills.
\n
• High School Diploma or GED.
\n
• Valid driver's license.
\n
