Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in McAllen, TX. This role offers a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: All ages (pediatric through adult)
\n
• Patient Volume: Average of 15-20 patients per day
\n
• Types of Cases: Comprehensive diagnosis, all general procedures
\n
• Procedures: Mix of all general dentist procedures-bread and butter fixed removable extractions endo pedo
\n
• Support Staff: 2 Dental assistants, 2 Front Office staff
\n
• EMR System: Echart
\n

Schedule & Compensation

\n
• Work Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (lunch included) & Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
\n
• Call Requirements: None
\n
• Salary Range: $120 per hour
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
\n
• Travel Reimbursement: Local candidates only
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Active Texas Dental License
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
\n
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
\n
