Job Description

A Chula Vista, California based client is looking for an experienced and collaborative Orthodontist to provide dental care to all ages. The position is per diem and 2-3 Saturdays per month.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Dental License
\n
• Active DEA certification
\n
• Dental Degree (D.D.S. or D.M.D.) from an accredited dental school
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
\n
• Enrolled in Denti-Cal
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Examines patients and treats common orthodontic problems
\n
• Interprets x-rays, impressions, and additional diagnostic tests
\n
• Discusses diagnoses, treatment options, and costs with patients
\n
• Treats patients using braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
