Assignment Details:

\n - Start Date: ASAP
\n - End Date: September 25, 2026
\n - Every 2nd and 4th Friday
\n - 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
\n - DSO setting
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n - DDS or DMD
\n - Active Indiana dental license or ability to obtain one
\n
\n
Compensation & Benefits:
\n
\n - 1099 Independent Contractor
\n - Weekly pay
\n - Malpractice coverage provided
\n - Travel and lodging assistance available, if needed
