Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist

A well-established hospital laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) to support high-quality diagnostic testing in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is a direct-hire permanent opportunity with strong benefits and growth potential.

The laboratory is hiring for multiple openings across various shifts to support 24/7 operations. Candidates will work within a collaborative lab team performing routine and specialized diagnostic testing.

• Perform accurate and timely clinical laboratory testing in core lab areas
\n
• Operate and maintain automated and manual laboratory instruments
\n
• Perform quality control procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
\n
• Validate and report patient results according to established protocols
\n
• Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnostic decision-making
\n

\n
• ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
\n
• Experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting preferred
\n
• Strong generalist background preferred (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, etc.)
\n
• Blood bank experience is a plus for select positions
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
