Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Engage in a mix of rounding and on-call duties, including 24-hour or in-house call.
- Manage an average of 5 to 8 patients daily, shared with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Oversee a 14-bed behavioral health unit.
- Handle approximately 3 callbacks within a 24-hour period, along with 8 phone consultations.
- Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Possess experience with involuntary commitments and restraint applications.
- Have familiarity with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
- Meet a 30-minute response time for calls.
