We are excited to announce an opening for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our well-established and respected private practice in Lafayette, Louisiana. Position Highlights- Consultation-Based Practice: Focus primarily on outpatient consultative care with home call responsibilities.
- Flexibility & Autonomy: The incoming MFM will have the freedom to design their practice structure, balancing consults, procedures, and hospital involvement according to their preferences.
- Additional Income Opportunity: Option to take unattended hospital call, which can yield significant supplemental income (approximately $20,000/month).
- Established Referral Network: Benefit from strong existing relationships with referring OB/GYNs throughout the region, with opportunities for further growth.
- Excellent Support Team: Work alongside experienced MFM sonographers and dedicated administrative staff who provide seamless clinical and operational support.
- Collaborative Environment: Access to a network of regional pediatric subspecialists, including cardiology, neonatology, pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, and urology.
- Outreach Opportunity: Participate in a current outreach clinic held bi-weekly, with potential for expansion.
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.
- Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Louisiana.
