Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Medical Oncology physician to contribute to the ongoing expansion and enhancement of our oncology services. Clinical ResponsibilitiesEngage in a fulfilling outpatient-focused clinical practice, supported by a comprehensive integrated care model that includes:
- An established referral network
- Support from advanced practice providers
- Nurse navigation, genetic counseling, and social work services
- Financial navigation and survivorship programs
- Palliative care and multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Integrated radiation oncology along with advanced imaging and infusion services
We are making substantial investments in oncology growth, physician leadership, and enhancing patient access, which includes:
- Regional expansion of oncology services
- Development of specialized disease programs
- Advancement of multidisciplinary care models
- Strategies for physician alignment and engagement
- Focus on clinical quality and performance outcomes
- Community outreach and increased visibility for cancer programs
- Strategic partnerships to foster regional growth
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Eligibility for licensure in Ohio
- A minimum of five years of oncology practice experience is preferred
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
