Specialty: Emergency Medicine Will take ABEM or ABIM/ABFM Coverage Needs: Need ASAP - Ongoing Must be able to cover 3+ shifts per month Must be open to days and nights Have 10-12 shifts per month to cover Shifts: 6a - 6p or 6p-6a Setting: Critical Access Hospital Level 3 trauma center Medium acuity Backup Specialties: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Podiatry, Surgery Census: 6 ED beds, 2 fast track, 4 ICU beds 19k annual ED volume Patients per day 45 Support Staff: 24 hours of physician coverage daily NPA Shift Times: 9a-9p M-W, 10a-8p Th-F, 12p-8p Sat & Sun Procedures: All Standard ER procedures EMR: Cerner Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start Requirements: Active LA state license Active DEA in LA or willing to transfer ATLS, ACLS, PALS
