\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n

\n* *Experience:* Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL-A experience (53-foot trailers).\n
\n* *License:* Valid CDL Class A license.\n
\n* *Border Ready:* Passport required only for cross-border routes (Experience with reefers and cross-border work is a major plus).\n
\n* *Safety First:* Must pass DOT road test, drug screen, and background check.\n
\n* *Tech Savvy:* Comfortable using e-logs (Samsara platform).\n
