Family Medicine, Family Medicine Physician - $50K Sign-On + $150K Loan Repayment

McDonough District Hospital (MDH) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient clinic in Macomb, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive community hospital where physicians are valued members of the care team and have a meaningful voice in shaping patient care.

Our clinic is part of a 48-bed community hospital offering a broad range of advanced medical services while maintaining a personalized, patient-centered approach to care.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient clinic MondayFriday
\n
• 36 patient contact hours per week with day administrative time
\n
• Flexible schedule options: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Work alongside 2 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners
\n
• Approximately 1618 patients per day
\n
• Fully staffed clinic with care management team and onsite pharmacy
\n
• Opportunity to perform minor in office procedures
\n

Call

\n
• 1:7 shared call rotation
\n
• Approximately 45 days per month
\n
• Nurse triage call system
\n

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $250,000 $350,000
\n
• $150,000 student loan repayment
\n
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
\n

Qualifications

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine

• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

• Current DEA registration
