We are looking for experienced NPs or PAs to provide Occ Med/Urgent Care coverage in the Chicagoland area. Day shifts and Night Shifts available.

Franklin Park Location
\n Walk in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine
\n Shift openings: asap-9/29/23 possibly extending
\n Clinic hours are 9:30a-6:30p & 12p-9p Rotating day shifts
\n Various shifts within the Chicagoland area - will float to all centers and shift times as needed.
\n EMR: Allscripts

\n

\n

Bridgeview Location
\n Dates: asap - 9/1/23 with extension possible
\n Shifts: 9:30a-6:30p, 12p-9p and 9p-6a
\n Clinic hours are Mon-Sun 24/7 (SW part of Chicago)

\n REQUIREMENTS:
\n Must have DOT Certification
\n BLS Certification
\n IL License and DEA required
\n 1 year of experience with Occ Med/Urgent Care
