• Oversee the operations of the emergency department to ensure top-notch patient care.
• Lead and manage the emergency department team to deliver outstanding service.

• Establish and uphold policies and procedures to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Offer mentorship and support to nursing staff.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the department.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• BLS certification required.
• At least five years of experience in the ER.
• A minimum of two years in a management role.
• TB clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
• Two years of experience in a relevant setting.
