Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants, alongside 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents currently in training. One resident is specifically assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our main medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located about a mile away.

Situated in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area, known as the Inland Empire, is nestled at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is projected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
