Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead product quality and reliability for a metal fabrication plant producing steel doors and frames for high-end rated applications. This plant leadership role combines management responsibilities with hands-on Quality Engineer activities: active shop floor engagement, rapid issue containment, disciplined root cause analysis and verification. The role is a member of the plant leadership team, reports to the Plant Manager, and will work closely with the operations team and Product Management to prioritize projects, resolve production issues, and improve operational performance. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
