Full-Time Endodontist – Long Island, NY

A premier Endodontics practice is seeking a full-time Endodontist to join their well-established, multi-location specialty practice on Long Island.

About the Practice: They are a high-volume endodontic group with a strong reputation and 14 associate doctors. Our modern offices feature Adec equipment and use an EMR system. Offices range from 4 to 7 operatories per location. 80% of referrals come from local dentists.

Schedule: 4 days per week plus two Saturdays per month. The call is rotated among 12 doctors.

Candidate Requirements:

• DDS/DMD with endodontic specialty training
\n
• Board-certified or board-eligible are considered
\n
• IMGs welcome
\n
• Solid clinician with strong interpersonal skills who works well in a team environment
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

• 45% of production
\n
• Paid weekly on production (not collections)
\n
• 2nd year earning potential: $900,000+ based on ability
\n
