Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)\n

A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their clinical team on a full-time permanent direct hire basis.

Responsibilities:

    \n
  • \n

    Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor and assess patients with cardiopulmonary conditions

    • \n
  • \n

    Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems

    • \n
  • \n

    Perform diagnostic testing and patient assessments

    • \n
  • \n

    Respond to emergency respiratory situations and provide critical care support as needed

    • \n
  • \n

    Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and care plans

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care

    • \n

Requirements:

    \n
  • \n

    Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

    • \n
  • \n

    Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required

    • \n
  • \n

    Current state licensure required where applicable

    • \n
  • \n

    BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong critical thinking and communication skills

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

    • \n
\n
