Essential Job Function

- Performs physical assessments of the patient, reviews their medical history, and interprets diagnostic tests/results in order to provide effective treatment for the patient. \n
- Conducts preventive health screenings based on the patient's age, history, and unique needs to provide proactive health care. \n
- Educates patients and their family about high acuity care medical conditions, treatment, and follow-up. \n
- Maintains record of all patient care in order to ensure accurate patient history. \n
- Performs high acuity care medical procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines and clinical roles. \n
- Identifies ways to improve high acuity patient care by assessing, problem-solving, and evaluating clinical and system issues. \n
- Performs other duties as assigned. \n

- Required: Master's degree Neonatal Nursing. \n

Licensure/Certification/Listing
