\nSuperior Skilled Trades is actively hiring experienced Concrete Finish Carpenters for a commercial construction project in Corpus Christi, TX. We are seeking skilled tradespeople with experience building concrete forms, placing and finishing concrete, and performing layout work on commercial or industrial construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, daily per diem, overtime potential, and immediate start.
\nResponsibilities

Construct, install, and remove concrete forms for foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and structural concrete.
\n - \n
Measure, layout, and build forms according to blueprints and project specifications.
\n - \n
Set forms, install rebar supports, embeds, and anchor bolts as required.
\n - \n
Place, level, screed, float, edge, and finish concrete to meet quality standards.
\n - \n
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
\n - \n
Ensure forms are properly aligned, braced, and secured before concrete placement.
\n - \n
Strip and clean forms for reuse while maintaining quality workmanship.
\n - \n
Work closely with carpenters, laborers, equipment operators, and concrete crews.
\n - \n
Maintain OSHA safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
\n - \n
Perform additional construction duties as assigned by the superintendent or foreman.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Finish Carpenter or Form Carpenter.
\n - \n
Commercial or industrial concrete construction experience preferred.
\n - \n
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
\n - \n
Skilled in form building, layout, concrete placement, and finishing techniques.
\n - \n
Experience using hand tools, power tools, lasers, and measuring equipment.
\n - \n
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
\n - \n
Dependable transportation and reliable attendance required.
\n - \n
OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
