\nPhelps Health is launching a new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine/OB residency program, welcoming its first residents in Summer 2028. This is a rare opportunity for physicians who want more than a faculty title the chance to shape curriculum, culture, and training philosophy from the very beginning, backed by an institution with the independence and stability to support it long-term.

- We are our own sponsoring institution. Phelps Health isn't borrowing GME sponsorship from an outside academic center we control the pace, priorities, and direction of this program directly. \n
- An experienced interim Program Director is already in place, focused specifically on developing and preparing the incoming faculty team before residents ever arrive you won't be building this alone or without guidance. \n
- A people-centered approach. Our existing Family Medicine physicians are collaborative and genuinely eager to participate as faculty this program is being built by people who want to teach, not physicians filling a requirement. \n

- Guaranteed base salary each year of contract, benchmarked to MGMA data \n
