Mercyhealth System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our hospital-employed, collegial anesthesia team at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma CenterJanesville.\n

This is a stable, physician-led opportunity offering exceptional compensation, flexible call-track options, and the ability to tailor your worklife balance within a Level III Trauma Center setting.

Opportunity:\n

Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus
Time Off: Minimum 8 weeks vacation (opportunity to increase to 15 weeks depending on call track)

Departmental Scope:\n

Join an established and supportive team of:

16 full-time anesthesiologists
\n 2 part-time anesthesiologists
\n 2 full-time CRNAs
\n 2 anesthesia technicians

\n

Diverse case mix including:

\n

Healthy pediatrics

\n

Low-volume OB

\n

Trauma

\n

Neurosurgery

\n

Thoracic & vascular

\n

Cath lab

\n

Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics

\n

Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology

\n

Cardiac cases available based on interest and experience

Call Structure Options:\n

First Call (In-House) Track
\n 7 weeks of night call (7pm7am), 7 days on / 7 days off
\n 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly increasing total time off
\n Guaranteed post-call day off
\n Ideal for candidates seeking maximum vacation time

\n

Second Call (Backup) Track
\n No in-house call requirement
\n Approximately q9 second-call rotation
\n Lighter call burden

Qualifications:\n

MD/DO board certified/board eligible

Residency training from an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology program
