Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is building the future in our Imaging Institute by adding several services and locations to the network. The Imaging Institutes Division of Neuroradiology is recruiting part-time and full-time neuroradiologists for onsite/hybrid and remote positions.
\n\n
Job Duties:
\n- \n
- Provide a full range of diagnostic neuroradiology services to AHN facilities including a Level 1 trauma center, level 2 trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Primary Stroke Centers, and a variety of cancer centers. \n
- \n
- Equipment includes state-of-the art imaging technologies, including recently installed 3T MRIs throughout AHN and a photon-counting CT at our flagship hospital, Allegheny General Hospital. \n
- \n
- AHN utilizes a range of RAPID products for acute stroke imaging. Icometrix was recently employed for imaging of dementia, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis imaging. \n
- \n
- 24/7 MRIs at two hospitals enable therapeutic decision-making for wake up strokes. \n
- \n
- Functional MRI at Allegheny General Hospital \n
- \n
- Participate fully in a division which supplies services to 14 hospitals and multiple imaging centers. \n
- \n
- Involvement in clinical and didactic teaching to the residents and medical students is desired. \n
- \n
- Active participation in multidisciplinary conferences. \n
\n
Compensation Overview
\n- \n
- Salary Range: $420,000-$1,100,000 \n
- \n
- Competitive base salary with additional compensation for weekend call, value-based care and academic productivity, onsite coverage, and clinical productivity \n
- \n
- Reasonable wRVU requirements with opportunity for incentive over target \n
- \n
- RVU expectation (based on years of experience): 10,870-13,165 \n
- \n
- Signing and starting bonus eligibility \n

Job Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Certified or eligible for certification by the?American Board of Radiology?in Diagnostic Radiology and Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology \n
- \n
- Successful completion of fellowship training in neuroradiology \n
- \n
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology?? \n
- \n
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)? \n
- \n
- Participation in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such is required. \n
- \n
- Actively participate in the training program in terms of clinical and didactic teaching to the residents and medical students. \n
- \n
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment? \n
- \n
- Candidates must reside and read within the United States and American Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands \n
