We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy for individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing emotional and mental health disorders to support patient well-being and social adjustment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments and document findings \n
- Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions \n
- Develop and implement patient-specific, evidence-based interventions \n
- Ensure timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions \n
- Utilize community resources to support patient reintegration and adjustment \n
Practice Info:
\n- \n
- Primarily focus on adults: option to see pediatric and adolescent patients if preferred \n
- Monday - Friday clinic hours: 4.5 day workweek with flexible scheduling options \n
- No call requirements \n
- Will provide in-person and telehealth services onsite \n
- Applicants with interest or training in the following preferred: \n
- DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) \n
- CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) \n
- SST (Single Session Therapy) \n
- BSFT (Brief Solution Focused Therapy) \n
- Experience with treating eating disorders, the elderly, and children/adolescents \n

- Anticipated Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on qualifications and experience). \n

Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field \n
- Active LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois: will consider fully licensed Therapists in other states that are eligible for IL LCPC or LCSW \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health therapy preferred \n
- Must meet continuing education requirements as defined by licensure \n
- Strong understanding of psychosocial development, behavior, and environmental stress factors \n
