  • Case Mix: General, ortho, blocks, OB

  • Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision

  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
    • \n
  • Active Texas License: Must have active TX license to be presented

  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
