Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a well-supported community hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Assignment Overview\n

• Start: Fall 2026 (13-week contract with extension potential)
\n
• Schedule: MondayFriday
\n
• Hours: 7:00 AM5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
\n
• Call: None
\n
• Community hospital with an on-campus outpatient surgery center
\n
• 7 operating rooms + 1 endoscopy suite
\n
• Approximately 30+ cases per day
\n
• Epic EMR
\n
• Medical Direction (ACT) model 4:1 supervision
\n

Clinical Scope\n

Provide anesthesia care for adolescents and adults across a diverse surgical service line.

Out-of-OR Coverage May Include

• GI Endoscopy

Required Skills

• General anesthesia

• Spine cases

• Ventilation management

• Evaluation and management of acute hemodynamic/volume issues

• Arterial line placement

Requirements\n

\n
• NBCRNA Certified
\n
• Active South Carolina CRNA license
\n
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
\n
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA)
\n
• DEA
\n
• Epic experience preferred
\n
• Clean malpractice and background history
\n
