• Must be able to splice/repair all food grade belts
\n
• Must be able to TIG weld all metals to meet company expectations
\n
• Set up, trouble shoot, and adjust equipment in all areas of either first or second processing. (To include PM's and rebuilds.)
\n
• Trouble shoot, repair/replace (wire up) motors
\n
• Check and change fuses (line or cartridge fuses ranging up to 277 volts), change gear boxes
\n
• Accelerated fabrication abilities (i.e., chutes, etc.)
\n
• Capable to work on forklifts
\n
• Perform additional duties as required
\n
• Must be able to read voltage meter
\n
• Must be a team player
\n
• Must exhibit good attendance, punctuality, and initiative to perform duties
\n

• Aptitude for the Required Skills and Pass Required Skills Test (If Applicable)

• Previous Experience or on the Job Experience

Physical Requirements\n
\n
\n

• Constantly stand and/or walk throughout shift.
\n
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
\n
• Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
\n
• Exposure to damp, wet and cold environments.
\n
• Regularly lift 25+ lbs.
\n
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
\n
